Characteristics of major corporates
Whichever sector they operate in, whether the private sector or the non-profit sector, major corporates have a certain number of common characteristics that differentiate them from SMEs:
Our teams’ experience
Through more than 50 years of experience in auditing, we have acquired strong skills in dealing with major corporates: French and international groups, listed or unlisted, mutual insurance companies, employee protection groupings, etc.
Our dedicated teams are familiar with the special features of major corporates’ organisation and regulation.
To cover the various different skills required for a given assignment, we have built specialist functions into the peripheral fields of accounting and finance, such as risk management, legal, tax, actuarial services and information systems. Depending on specific requirements, we decide in each case whether to rely on in-house specialists or to involve outside ones.
A comprehensive range of services
Our skills cover a wide area which is applicable to all major corporates, but we also have a specific offering for companies listed on regulated markets or on Alternext:
Thanks to our excellent command of English and our involvement in European Union bodies, we are also well placed to provide this service to foreign companies.
