Upon joining, you will receive training in line with your level of experience:
- for « juniors », an eight-day induction seminar gives you the necessary technical grounding for the audit process (review of all cycles), and the use of IT tools,
- for « seniors », we show you the Tuillet Audit methodology and the organisation of our files and assignments.
You will attend a presentation on the Group’s other business lines: accounting support / expertise, risk management, audit of information systems and actuarial services.
A mentor will personally follow your progress. You will find this privileged relationship to be a decisive factor for getting your bearings in the firm and for your professional success.
Self-assessment sheets at the end of each major assignment and semi-annual appraisal interviews enable you to keep track of your progress and have constructive exchanges with management.

Your development in Tuillet Audit also gives you the opportunity of becoming involved in the preparation and management of in-house processes (HR, communications, school relations, etc. or in coordinating business sectors.)
